SHADOWJEAN/TWINSBURG,OH

Born on April 24, 2012, on July 17, 2019, 7 year old Shadow came to live with us. From the minute we saw Shadow, we were in love with this sweet, black & white French Brittany girl. Walks in the park were a favorite activity, and she and Glenn shared many. Cuddling on the couch with Nancy was a chance to catch another nap. When it was time to turn down our bed, she liked playing peak-a-boo with the quilt while her little tail wiggled with speed. Shadow was always eager to dawn her harness and get buckled in, so we could go for a ride in the convertible. She was an accomplished “nudger” with her nose when she wanted her neck rubbed. Shadow loved playing with our neighbor’s three dogs, and always looked in their direction to see if they were outside too. At times we called Shadow “the look-out,” as she patrolled sun-room and the deck, surveying the woods for other critters and pals being walked by their owners. The large playpen on the patio downstairs was one of her favorite spots for relaxing. At the rattle of a treat bag, she came running to see what snack was next. She learned to shake hands, and vanilla bean ice cream was her absolute favorite treat. Shadow was gentle, loving, beautiful and friendly to the max. She was an absolutely darling little girl; so well behaved. Shadow stole our hearts, and now they are broken. We will miss her every day forever. Shadow entered into rest on December 10, 2023. Until we meet again Sweetiepie.
